Leadership

Eric Pyles is the Founder of 6G Systems, as well as a six year veteran of the health, fitness, and sport performance industries. He worked in the Heskett Center weight room for four years, and at the YMCA for one year, as well as completing an apprenticeship at Genesis Health Clubs in what is now called “Solutions for Life”. Though these experiences were vital to his progression into the idea for 6G Systems, they were only the beginning of his journey into the field. When he left Wichita State University to complete an internship in Dallas, TX, Mr. Pyles was first introduced to the sports-performance aspects of exercise science. Interning 40 hours per week at Velocity Sports Performance, he quickly learned the science behind enhancing an athlete's performance capacity. Also, he was charged with writing a user's manual for the NewLeaf metabolic assessment system for the company to implement in a nationwide adult fitness program rollout. When it was completed, he was part of the less than 10 people involved in the discussions leading to a program to be used by over 50 facilities. He revised the exercise schedule by adding proper progressions that target the specific responses of the demographic they were targeting, and his proposal ended up being the standard for the "Training Camp" adult class for the company throughout the country. His work on this project led to him being hired on as an assistant coordinator at the facility supervising class schedules and assisting with client account management. After being in Dallas for two years, and feeling he has figured out how they became so active as a community, Eric has moved back to Wichita to implement similar initiatives and many aspiring ones that even Texans would find ambitious. As the managing partner of the company, Eric serves as President of 6G Systems, LLC.


Taylor Green is the Co-Founder of 6G Systems, LLC and four year veteran of the accounting and finance industry. He earned a double baccalaureate from Baker University, in business management and finance, aspiring to be an accountant. As a sophomore in college, he obtained a paid internship with BDO Seidman, LLP where he traveled the country gaining invaluable experience about how companies managed their finances. He was rehired for a similar internship at the same company another summer after that, and upon his graduation from Baker University he was hired on as an assurance accountant. Now in his third year at BDO, he has already received a promotion, two raises, two bonuses, and is currently a level three assurance accountant. In this position, Mr. Green will manage all level one and level two accountants on all contracts that he is assigned. Working remotely from whichever city he is stationed, Taylor will monitor, track, and audit our business accounts as the Controller for 6G Systems, LLC.
